Refund policy

We hope you love your unique Brazos en Quinta creations. However, if you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Return Conditions:
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. As these are unique, handmade pieces, we cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of wear.
Return Process:

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Royal Mail Tracked), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your package, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Exclusions:
As each item is a unique "1-of-1" handmade creation from upcycled textiles, we do not offer exchanges.
